Well, hey March!
It's another weekend at home in Columbia for us, but it is a much needed weekend at home. We've got errands to run, friends to catch up with, and we have got to get on a more regular basis with our church attendance.
I went this past Sunday to the late service {when we go, we usually go to the earlier one} and got asked to sign the guest registry. Even though we're members. If that's not a sign to get to church on a more regular basis, I'm not sure what is...

Patrick & I have officially been engaged for six months! Thank you, February, for having a 29th day this year so we could hit that milestone :)
There's also less than 150 days until the wedding... guess I need to start being a little more decisive and get some wedding planning done?

I'm still on my "now that I like to drink red wine, that's all I'm going to drink" kick over here and I came across this one at the store last week. It's pretty tasty & goes great with an episode of Scandal ;) If y'all have any suggestions for red wines I need to try, let me know!

My mom found this recipe for Beef & Broccoli a few months ago when she got on a crockpot kick and it is seriously one of my very favorite meals to have for supper. It's hard not to love a delicious meal cooked in a crockpot that makes excellent leftovers. We make it a little bit differently than this recipe calls for so I'll have to share our version with y'all soon.

Patrick & I have tickets to attend a gala in two weeks that is in support of the Cure SMA Foundation and our friends' son who was recently diagnosed with SMA. We're really excited to go... but I've got to figure out what to wear.
I'm breaking out this red dress from New Year's Eve {because I've been looking for an excuse to wear it again!} but now I need to figure out how to incorporate the super hero theme with it.
Anybody have any suggestions?
