You should be impressed that I'm sharing this recipe with y'all today.
1. If I had a choice, I would choose Kraft Mac & Cheese every single time. Homemade? ... nah, I'll take my boxed mac & cheese please.
2. I didn't actually take any of these pictures. Or make this.
What happened with this recipe is that I had every intention of participating in the cooking of it. But between a 5K, several hours of shopping, and a sinus infection, I was worn out. I needed a nap. I missed my window of opportunity to make this recipe because of said nap and only snapped a picture of the ingredients before I hightailed it out of the house to go meet Patrick for dinner.
Whoops.
Luckily, two fantastic people {mom & dad!} took pictures of the process for me... 'cause they're awesome.
So here's the Mac & Cheese recipe that I didn't prep, didn't photograph, and didn't cook. I did eat it for Easter lunch though and it gets a thumbs up from me!

4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sour cream
