Meal Planning #3

Sundays are quickly becoming the favorite day of the week around here.

Maybe it's because we're up early with all necessary tasks complete, leaving us almost an entire day to do whatever we want to do. Maybe it's because we're not at work. Maybe it's because the weather has been absolutely gorgeous and summer-like the last few Sundays.



Add into all of that this Sunday is Palm Sunday {my 2nd favorite Sunday of the church year} and y'all, it's a good Sunday!

Bonus points today if there are no mishaps with weed eaters or encounters with snakes.

Here's what we've got on tap for our menu this week:

Sunday - Grilled Chicken, Corn on the Cob, & Zucchini Chips
Tuesday - Brined & Baked Chicken w/ Squash Casserole
Wednesday - Italian Parmesan Breaded Chicken Fingers & Sweet Potato FF
Thursday - Crockpot Chicken Soft Tacos
Friday - Out to Dinner
Saturday - Out to Dinner

I was able to get out to Soda City right when the market opened up yesterday, so I had first dibs on all of the yummy produce at my favorite $10/box produce stand. I mean... all of the fantastic produce {squash, zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, & cucumbers}


Can you believe that all of this was just $10?
