Weekending By the Numbers

43 miles of biking


1 bottle of wine in a Vinnebago


3.1 miles of running one morning {& 1 reminder of why I am am not a warm weather runner!}


1 afternoon sunset with drinks on the boardwalk


2 hours on the beach with a good book


1 gorgeous view from the marsh tower


9 alligator encounters


1 trip down memory lane at the Kiawah Half Marathon finish line


1 night cooking supper with my dad


2 baby feet experiencing the ocean for the first time


& now 2 days at work before I'm off on a 5 day weekend adventure.

  2. Love your recap in numbers! 43 miles of biking is no joke! I was proud of my 12 last week haha! And I'm not a warm weather runner either. I think with it already being in the upper 80's here that I won't be running outside again until winter! Love that beach view you had! Sounds like a great weekend!
