To Sum It Up

The last four days have been an insane whirlwind of family, friends, alligators, pimento cheese, wedding celebrations, oysters, corn hole, beach time, fantastic dance moves, sunshine, and sand.

Oh, and 1,658 pictures.

Here's a little sneak peek for y'all. Don't worry. I won't bombard you with all 1,658 pictures this week but be prepared for quite a few of them to show up.

All in all it was a wonderful weekend celebrating Eric & Melissa. We ate, drank, laughed, partied, danced, and made new friends. I was incredibly sad to leave the island yesterday but the fact that I still have one more day with my family before heading back home makes up for it!

Anyway, I'm off to spend one last day in my mom's classroom. I've been in and out of her classroom for 25 years and today's the very last day that I'll get to go hang out with her at school. After 39 years, she's on her final countdown to retirement: 13 days.

Catch y'all later this week!
