Sip Sip Hooray!

When my parents started going to Kiawah more and purchased a home down there, we were introduced to some pretty fantastic people who all lived near our new house on the island. There's a whole group of awesome neighbors down there that are fantastic to hang out with.

We all also love finding a good reason to drink together.

An engagement sounds like a pretty good reason to get together to drink, right?

We all thought so.

Sunday evening, we walked down to our boardwalk for an engagement toast at sunset. It had been raining off and on for the majority of the day but the weather started to clear up right around sunset in time for the toast.

This toast quickly turned into a party on the boardwalk. Nobody expected any less.

These two are nothing but trouble.

Susan & Lewis threw an excellent toast!

This might be my favorite picture of the night:

Just kidding. It's definitely this one:

Ok, I lied, this is hands down my favorite picture of the night. So many things happening:

& for once, I wasn't the youngest person hanging out with this group! That award went to this little guy on Sunday night.

It was a perfect night out on the boardwalk with some great friends, delicious champagne, and a gorgeous sunset. Thanks to everyone at the boardwalk for our Engagement Toast!
