Recipe: Pigs in a Blanket

In case you hadn't heard {or read 500 posts on my blog about it yet}, it's football season, and that means it's time for some more tailgating recipes. To become a regular recipe at one of my tailgates, it has to be something that is...

a) easy to cook
b) easy to travel with
c) easy to deal with mid-tailgate

Pigs in a Blanket?

Yeah. That definitely works for a tailgate.

Are you ready for the super complex recipe?

Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients
2 cans of Pillsbury Jr. Grands Biscuits
1 package of Hillshire Farms Li'l Smokies

Directions
Pre-heat oven according to directions on the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and then take one li'l smokie & roll it up inside of the biscuit half. Place evenly on a pan and cook in the oven per biscuit package instructions.

I told y'all it was difficult! I probably spent more time taking pictures of this recipe process for the blog than I spent actually making the darn things.

We usually make these the night before or morning of a game and end up eating them cold. Not going to lie though, I might sneak one {or five} when they first come out of the oven. They're so good!
